What this policy covers

This policy covers the public NetworkEdge website and the enquiries you send through it. Creator applications are also covered by this policy, and the separate Terms of Use explain how the creator platform works.

Information you give us

When you use a contact, quote, advertiser or course-notify form, we collect the details you enter. That can include your name, email address, phone number, company, role, industry, monthly lead target, website, message and consent.

When you apply to become a creator, we collect the details requested on the creator application, such as your name, contact details, LinkedIn profile and follower or reach numbers. The creator application is handled by the creator platform, not by a second form on this site.

Information collected automatically

Our server records standard technical information for security and diagnostics: IP address, browser and device information, the page requested and the time of the request. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, scope campaigns, review creator applications, send course launch emails where you have consented, protect the site and meet legal obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses an essential session cookie to keep forms working and to protect submissions. If you log in to the creator platform, the platform uses its own essential login cookie. Your theme preference and cookie-notice dismissal are stored in your browser's local storage, not in cookies.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or social-media pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy and add a consent mechanism before any non-essential cookie is set.

Sharing

We share information only where needed: with service providers who host the site and send email, with professional advisers, with legal authorities where required by law, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after the enquiry unless a longer period is required by law. A scheduled maintenance job removes older enquiry rows. Creator application data is handled under the creator terms. Server logs are kept for a shorter operational period.

Security

We restrict access to enquiry data, store it outside the public web root, use HTTPS, validate submissions and apply rate limits. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through a general enquiry form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, or object to how we use it. Email contact@networkedge.in with “Privacy” in the subject. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy when our practices change. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and post the revised policy here.
